As part of the project, Energy Media: The Politics of Solid-Phase Bitumen, McGill Centre for Innovation in Storage and Conversion of Energy interns Emma Wheler and Tynan Peterson completed a report on the life cycle of carbon fibers derived from oil sands bitumen.
